Men's Therapy

Manage stress, work through depression, anxiety, and shame, and enhance relationship skills.
A Note From the Therapist

The most common question I hear from men after we've discussed their lives is, "But what do I DO?"

As men, we are typically action-oriented. We deeply care about our wives and the people in our lives, but often struggle to know how to help them—and ourselves—in the day-to-day, even when we have the right information.

This is where I step in. I work with men to create concrete, practical assignments that can be easily applied to their current situation. When you leave a session, you'll have a clear answer to that crucial question burning in the hearts of all men who want to improve themselves and their relationships: "But what do I DO?" Together, we'll make sure you always have a path forward.
